Serviced Offices are fully furnished offices, which are unique and serviced like never before. They are situated in the 33rd floor of HDS Business Centre, JLT Cluster M1. On Sheikh Zayed Road, drive through Jumeirah Hills Exit; after the first signal take the right turn.
These offices are of different sizes and set up, fully furnished for rental, with additional features to complement a setting of a functional office: one spacious boardroom, two executive meeting rooms, a coiffeur suit and a pantry facility.

You have the options of choosing your office under different captivating views, facing the Sheikh Zayed Road, Jumeirah Lake and Jumeirah Park.
Can I customize my serviced Suite?
Our offices are furnished and fitted with office furniture and fixtures. However we’ll usually provide you with various layout options for your office and additional furniture upon request – simply inform us of your preference 24 hours in advance and we’ll ensure all the furniture, telephones and IT equipment are set up as per your requirements.
Do I need to supply my own office equipment?
No! Your business suite comes fully equipped with everything you need to do your business center. This includes ergonomic worktables, office chairs and filing cabinets, visitors’ executive and luxurious chairs. Capable phones, high-speed Internet access, fully staffed reception areas, admin and IT support on-call, fully stocked pantry and work areas with all the essential office equipment. Simply bring your own laptop, plug-in and start work.
